Klára Megová, LL.M., is an associate at ARROWS and focuses primarily on labor and civil law.
In her daily practice, she focuses on labor law matters for clients, in particular the preparation of internal guidelines and the establishment of labor relations. In addition, she deals with civil disputes, specifically, for example, the enforcement of claims from unpaid bonds and issues of compensation for damages.
During her studies, she focused intensively on administrative law with an emphasis on environmental law, which was also the topic of her thesis. She intends to continue and further develop this specialization at ARROWS. In the future, she plans to expand her expertise to include labor law with overlaps into public law (in particular, the Employment Act and the legal status of foreigners) and social security law.
