Mgr. Ondřej Cicvárek

Ondřej Cicvárek is an attorney at law with a broad background in trademark law, contract law, gambling law and legal regulation of artificial intelligence. He successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc in 2020. As part of his international studies, he studied Business Administration at Naples University Paphos with a focus on microeconomics, business management and professional ethics. This experience provided him with valuable knowledge and a broader perspective on the global economic environment.

At ARROWS ETL Global he specializes in:

• Litigation: Civil litigation representation, investment services damages, debt recovery.
• Contract Law: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts across a broad range of commercial relationships, including complex commercial contracts, works contracts and international agreements.
• Trademarks: Full legal service including applications, administrative and court proceedings.
• Gambling Law: Advising on the scope of the Gambling Act and advertising regulation.
• Artificial Intelligence Law: Since November 2024, he has been a member of the Expert Group at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University, where he focuses on the legal aspects of artificial intelligence.

Ondřej also has extensive experience in the legal regulation of consumer and business credit. His approach is focused on solving legal problems efficiently and ensuring high quality of services.
