Ondřej Stehlík, partner and attorney at ARROWS ETL GLobal. Concerning Ondrej´s previous work experience in the field of development and management, he focuses mainly on the commercial and corporate law, especially on contractual agenda, negotiations of contractual conditions and extrajudicial solution of disputes.
He studied the Faculty of Law at the Palacký University in Olomouc and continued with the doctoral study in the field of commercial corporation law at the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague. Thanks to his foreign internship he provides legal services also in fluent English.
He considers his strong points to be especially the ability to find common ground between the contracting parties and complex and long-term solutions that are profitable for both parties (win-win) and may be system-repeated.
