Legal advice on international transactions
ARROWS ETL has recently been involved in several interesting cross-border transactions. We represented Karel Kaňák, s.r.o. in a complex acquisition and restructuring process. Another notable success was representing the client in the acquisition of BN International.

The firm provided comprehensive advice and support to the client Karel Kaňák, s.r.o., the group leader of a leading European supplier in the field of die-cutting tools, in the process of acquiring assets from a German partner in order to control the group and carry out a complete restructuring of the client's group business. This comprised nine Czech companies and four foreign entities, all with the aim of streamlining the operations and management of the client's group with an emphasis on protecting its assets. The transaction was led by partner JUDr. Ondřej Stehlík, attorney at law and tax advisor, partner Ing. Richard Sokol of ARROWS ETL.
BN International from Česká Skalice is a global leader in the production of passport covers. The client was represented in its cross-border acquisition where the current management acquired 100% of the company from the Dutch owner. The transaction was led by ARROWS ETL partner Mgr. Vojtěch Sucharda and the team of JUDr. Vladimír Janošek, Mgr. Zuzana Liškařová and Mgr. Karel Kotrba.
